1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Picksy application (the "App" or "Service"), operated by RM Studio (the "Company"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Registration and Account

Registration is done through a third-party account (such as Google) or an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted through it. You must be of the minimum legal age required to enter into binding contracts, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Description of Service and Beta Version

Picksy is an app for managing and sharing shopping lists — creating lists, adding items, sharing lists with other users, tracking purchase status in real time, and organizing items by category. The Service is currently offered as a free beta version and may contain bugs or undergo changes. In the future, a subscription model (paid) may be introduced; in such case, subscription terms will be published separately and your consent will be requested prior to purchase. The Company may update or modify features of the Service from time to time.

4. License to Use

The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App, except as expressly authorized in writing.

5. User Obligations

When using the App, you agree to:

• •Not breach, disrupt, or interfere with the App's operation or technical infrastructure

6. User Content and List Sharing

You own the content you create (lists, items). You grant the Company a license to store and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service and sharing it according to your chosen sharing settings. The user sharing a list is responsible for the shared content and the choice of participants. The Company is not responsible for content shared between users and does not monitor it, but may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, logo, and technical infrastructure are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The license to use the App does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is," without warranty of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it may be suspended or updated for maintenance. Subject to applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, including data loss. Since the Service is provided free of charge, the Company shall bear no financial liability, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time through the account settings in the App. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently deleted. The Company may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. In the event of material changes, you will be asked to renew your consent upon your next login to the App. Continued use after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Privacy

The handling of your personal information is governed by the Picksy Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute shall be vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district, Israel.
